Aliceabella muttered the password then stepped into the Ravebclaw common room, shooting a glance round to find a decent place to sit.

Without thinking, Cyzarine skipped over and curled up in an armchair in front of the fire. She bit her lip when she realised what she'd done. "Oh! We can sit somewhere else if you want."

Aliceabella eyed the fire for a moment before shrugging and sliding into the seat next to Cyzarine's.

Cyzarine smiled. "So, what's your favourite subject?"

Aliceabella thought about it for a moment, "Defence Against the Dark Arts. You?"

"Astronomy, I guess." Cyzarine smiled. "I like DADA too, though. You learn a lot of interesting stuff!"

Aliceabella rubbed the back of her neck, "You like stuff to do with the stars?"

Cyzarine nodded, a faraway look in her eye. "I can see things. Like there are little tiny flames on her fingernails but they're not supposed to be there, are they?" she giggled. "I'm weird, I know."

Aliceabella frowned, "You mean flames on my nails?...." Her face paled a shade.

Cyzarine nodded. "And when you smile there are little angels by your cheeks. It's pretty."

Aliceabella blushed, "I can't believe you can see the fire, I try so hard to hide it."

Cyzarine frowned. "I won't tell. I promise. Besides, I see everything." she shrugged. "Its why I like astronomy." she admitted.

Aliceabella burried her hands beneath her armpits, clearly shocked Cyzarine had been able to see the fire beneath her fingernails.

Cyzarine bit her lip. "I'm sorry! I won't say it ever again, promise! Besides, it's not like anyone else can see it!"

Aliceabella shook her head, "But other people can..." She chewed on her lip, "It's complicated."
